DAILY BULLION REPORT

๐Ÿ“… Tuesday, 27 October 2026

GOLD | SILVER | MCX | GLOBAL BULLION MARKETS

1. ๐ŸŒ FUNDAMENTALS FOR THE DAY (IST)

โฐ 5:45 PM โ€” ADP Weekly Employment Change
– Employment strength may support the US Dollar and weigh on Gold.
– Weaker employment data may support Gold if it increases expectations of easier monetary policy.

โฐ 6:00 PM โ€” Durable Goods Orders & Core Durable Goods Orders (m/m)
– Stronger-than-expected orders may support the Dollar and create pressure on Gold.
– Weaker data may provide temporary support to Bullion.

โฐ 7:30 PM โ€” CB Consumer Confidence & New Home Sales
– Strong US economic data may strengthen the Dollar and weigh on Gold and Silver.
– Weak data may support Bullion, depending on the market’s reaction to interest-rate expectations.

Actual data versus market expectations will matter more than the headline number alone.

2. ๐Ÿ”ฅ MAJOR EVENTS AHEAD

๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ฑ 27 October โ€” Israel General Election

Israel’s election could create geopolitical uncertainty. The outcome may influence market expectations regarding regional security and the Iran conflict. Any significant escalation could increase safe-haven demand for Gold.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ 28 October โ€” Federal Reserve Interest-Rate Decision

The two-day FOMC meeting concludes on Wednesday. The decision, policy statement and press conference may trigger sharp moves in Gold, Silver, the Dollar and US Treasury yields.

A rate hike is not confirmed; the actual decision and guidance will determine the market reaction.

๐Ÿ‡บ๐Ÿ‡ธ 3 November โ€” US Midterm Elections

Markets may focus on the possibility of Republicans losing control of the House of Representatives.

A change in congressional control could affect expectations regarding fiscal policy, legislation and the political outlook. However, the election result and its effect on Gold remain uncertain.

3. โš ๏ธ USโ€“IRAN: GEOPOLITICAL RISK

The USโ€“Iran confrontation remains an important source of uncertainty.

Recent developments include continued hostile rhetoric, the possibility of renewed military action and ongoing diplomatic contacts.

Our observation: Political leaders can have domestic political incentives during periods of international tension, but we cannot assume that military action will occur simply to influence an election.

Bullion impact:
– Renewed military escalation may increase safe-haven demand.
– Higher crude oil prices may increase inflation concerns and complicate the Federal Reserve’s policy outlook.
– A credible diplomatic breakthrough may reduce geopolitical risk premiums.
– The Dollar, Treasury yields and oil prices will influence whether Gold sustains a geopolitical rally.

Markets may react sharply to headlines even when the underlying situation has not materially changed.

4. ๐ŸŸก GOLD โ€” OUR FUNDAMENTAL VIEW

Major Support Zone: $3,960

We believe Gold is approaching an important support area around $3,960.

Our valuation calculation also identifies approximately $3,921 as the 30% correction level from the reference peak of $5,602.

Calculation:

$5,602 ร— 70% = $3,921.40

This makes the $3,921 area an important reference for our correction analysis, alongside the $3,960 support zone.

A correction of this size does not guarantee a bottom, but these levels deserve close attention.

Below these levels, our view is that any sharp downside move could present a potential buying opportunity. Such buying would remain conditional on price action and risk management rather than an assumption that Gold cannot fall further.

5. ๐Ÿฆ CME FUTURES POSITIONING โ€” THE MISSING BULLISH INGREDIENT?

Our working thesis is that speculative positioning remains a key factor in determining whether Gold can establish a sustainable bullish trend.

We believe:
– Money managers have substantially reduced their bullish exposure in CME Gold futures.
– Physical buying, including central-bank demand, remains an important longer-term support factor.
– ETF flows, digital Gold demand and London bullion-market activity should also be monitored.
– Futures sellers have struggled to maintain sustained downside momentum, while buyers remain cautious about rebuilding positions.

Our interpretation is that Gold may continue trading in a broad range until stronger speculative buying returns to futures markets.

What we are watching:
1. Weekly CFTC Managed Money net-long positions.
2. New long accumulation versus short covering.
3. CME futures volume and open interest.
4. Gold ETF inflows and outflows.
5. Central-bank demand and physical-market indicators.
6. DXY and US Treasury yields.

A sustained rise in price accompanied by increasing speculative net longs would strengthen the bullish case. Physical demand alone does not guarantee an immediate futures-market rally.

6. ๐Ÿ‡ฎ๐Ÿ‡ณ INDIA BULLION OUTLOOK โ€” MCX GOLD

USDINR has experienced a sharp move, and continued rupee weakness can make imported Gold more expensive in India.

However, the relationship is not one-way: MCX Gold is also affected by international Gold prices, import costs and domestic market conditions.

Our view is that **โ‚น1,40,500 may act as an important base**, with the possibility of a gradual recovery towards โ‚น1,50,000 if the broader market stabilises.

This is our market hypothesis, not a confirmed bottom.

### โš ๏ธ TRADING DESK NOTE

With major US economic releases, the Federal Reserve decision and Israel’s election in focus, sudden volatility is possible.

Avoid chasing sharp price movements. Respect the specified stop-losses, reduce exposure when volatility rises and confirm price behaviour around key levels before entering.
